Website & Systems Clarity Audit
1. What's Included
The Website & Systems Clarity Audit is offered in two forms:
Audit only: a review of the website, tools and systems information you provide via the audit questionnaire, delivered as a written report. No strategy session is included.
Audit + Strategy Session: The Audit above plus a private 60-90 minute Zoom session to talk through the findings, booked after you receive your Audit Report.
Recommendations are based solely on the information you share via the audit questionnaire and what's publicly accessible on your site at the time of the audit.
2. Audit Questionnaire & delivery
To ensure your Audit Report accurately reflects your business, please complete the audit questionnaire as soon as possible after the booking. Your audit report is delivered within 5-7 business days of receiving your completed questionnaire and any additional information requested; the more complete your responses, the more tailored the recommendation can be.
If you have added the Strategy Session, it is scheduled after you receive your Audit Report, so you have the opportunity to review your findings first. Please allow at least 7 business days from submitting your questionnaire before selecting a session time, in case your review takes the full delivery window.
3. Scheduling & Rescheduling
This clause only applies if you have purchased the Strategy Session. Your session may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance via the booking link. A missed session without notice is not eligible for a refund or makeup session, except in cases of genuine emergency, at our discretion.
4. Refunds
No refunds due to the personalised nature of this service; all sales are final once your audit questionnaire has been submitted and review has begun.
5. Scope of Advice
The audit provides general recommendations to improve clarity and connectivity across your website and business systems. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or technical implementation services, and outcomes are not guaranteed, as they depend on factors outside our control (including how recommendations are implemented).
6. Confidentiality
Information shared via the Audit questionnaire and during any Strategy Session will be used solely to prepare for and deliver your audit, and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
For South African clients, the Audit includes a review of your forms, data collection and consent practices against general POPIA good practice. This review highlights areas that may need attention; it is not a formal compliance certification and does not replace advice from a qualified attorney.
